Terms of Agreement for Exhibitors:
Deadline for application is August 13, 2017 at 7:00pm EST.
Each exhibitor will be given one booth space and will not use more than the allotted space. If you require additional space please contact us to make arrangements.
Each exhibitor will be required to promote our event three times on all social media sites that they are currently using. This will ensure a successful event for everyone.
Each exhibitor will be responsible for payment of their booth fee based on our sliding scale of pay what you can ranging from $50 - $100. Payment will be due August 31, 2017. Payment can be made via cash at Go Green Baby (293 Division Street) or etransfer sent to info@bumpbabyandbeyond.ca
Each exhibitor is required to provide an item for our silent auction with a minimum $25 retail value. Items must be provided to Bump, Baby & Beyond organizing committee by October 15, 2017. Items can be dropped off at Go Green Baby (293 Division Street).
All fees are non-refundable.
Each exhibitor grants Bump, Baby & Beyond full rights to use their logo, name and contact information to promote and market the event.
